Chicken Breast with Apples



It is necessary:

300 g of chicken white meat,
200 g apples,
1 slice white bread,
little milk,
onion,
egg,
oil,
breadcrumbs,
salt.

Preparation:

Chicken meat grind, grate the apple, mince onions, soak bread in milk and mash.
Salt meat, mix with apples, filtered bread, onion and egg.
Oiled mold, sprinkle with bread crumbs and put the mass.
Cook at a low temperature for about 1 hour until golden brown.
When the roast, cut into slices and serve.
