Moussaka with Mushrooms
Moussaka with Mushrooms

It is necessary:

500 g button mushrooms,
2 onions,
100 g ham,
prices of garlic,
2 tablespoons oil
600 g potato
250 ml milk
cup sour cream,
3 eggs,
blend of spices with vegetables,
parsley,
salt,
oregano,
pepper.

Preparation:

Mushrooms, cut into slices and ham into thin sheets.
Finely cut onions and garlic.
Fry in hot oil, prosciutto and onion and add mushrooms.
All together, cook and add salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.
Peel potatoes and boil in salted water.
Boiled potatoes cut into slices and sort them in greased bowl.
Over it put mushrooms and on top another row of potatoes.
Whisk the milk and sour cream, add blend of spices with vegetables and pour moussaka.
Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven at 160 C.
