Dynasty Cake



One more cake for New Year's eve and other holidays.
Dynasty Cake for New Year 
For the crust is required:

10 egg whites,
300 g sugar,
300 g chopped walnuts,
6 tablespoons flour
½ bag of baking powder.

10 egg yolks,
200 g of powder sugar
½ l of milk,
2 vanilla pudding,
6 tablespoons sugar,
100 g ground walnuts,
100 g dark chocolate,
250 g of margarine,

Preparation:

Bark

Whisk the egg whites with sugar.
Mix nuts with the flour and baking powder and add them to whisked egg whites.
Bake in a large rectangular baking pan.

Cook pudding in ½ liter of milk and 6 tablespoons of sugar.
Allow to cool.
In particular, whisk 10 egg yolks with sugar and cook by steaming, until thickened.
Whisk butter and combine with pudding and rile.
Add the mixture of egg yolks and rile until the masses becomes homogenous.
Divide the mass into two parts.
In the first part stir in ground nuts and in other stir melted chocolate.
Chilled dough cut into two parts.
Put the first part on the dish for serving.
Coat with nuts filling then put the second crust.
Coat with chocolate filling and on top, put beaten whipped cream.
Decorate as desired.

New Year's Bread





It is necessary:
New Year's Bread 
2 eggs,
1 egg white,
3 egg yolks for coating,
250 ml of milk,
200 ml of water,
1 cube of fresh yeast
New Year's Bread1 sachet baking powder,
250 g of margarine,
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
sesame,
flax seed,
flour as needed (about 1 kg).

Preparation:

Combine 100 ml of lukewarm milk and 100 ml of lukewarm water and stir yeast in it with a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of flour and half a teaspoon of salt.
Cover and leave on warm to swell.
Meanwhile, whisk two eggs and one egg white, add a teaspoon of salt, 150 ml of lukewarm milk and 100 ml of lukewarm water.
Stir and then add the swelled yeast.
Gradually add flour and baking powder.
Knead until the dough begins to break away from the vessel.
Divide dough into five parts, then cover and leave to swell on warm (about 15 minutes).
When swells, roll out each piece of dough using rolling pin to get a round shape the size of the pan in which will be baked.
Whisk butter in foam.
Thinned coat dough with margarine and four rolled parts of dough put one on another.
Stacked dough cut into 16 pieces (like cake).
Top of each piece, bent backwards, towards the edge of the pan.
The remaining, fifth, and coated thin part of dough, roll and then cut into smaller rolls and place in the middle of bread.
Shaped bread coat with 3 beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame and flax seeds.
Furnace until golden brown (30 to 40 minutes).

2 eggs,
½ cup milk
1 cup yogurt

1 cup whole wheat flour,
1 sachet baking powder,
½ teaspoon salt
120 g feta cheese,
3 roasted peppers.

Preparation:
Proya with roasted peppers 
Whisk eggs, add milk, yogurt, crumbled cheese, salt, both types of flour and baking powder.
In the scrambled mixture add chopped peppers and stir.
Pour into greased molds, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until golden brown.

2 eggs,
100 g of margarine,
150 ml of milk,
½ teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
20 g of yeast,
about 300 g of flour,
120 g feta cheese,
1 tablespoon mustard,
½ teaspoon of black pepper and
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

Prepare this bread in following manner:

In 100 ml of warm milk add sugar and yeast and let it grow.
Meanwhile, whisk margarine, add eggs, salt and grown yeast.
All mix well and add flour.
Allow dough to rest for 15 minutes and then develop it into a rectangle shape.
Spread with mustard, sprinkle with pepper, cayenne pepper and grated cheese.
Again knead the dough, put it in a baking dish and leave for 15 minutes to stand.
Furnace for 25 min.
At the end of cooking the pour over rest of the milk and grated cheese and bake another 5 minutes.

It is necessary for the filling:

200 g butter,

100 g coconut flour.

Preparation:

Crust:

Of these ingredients knead dough stiffer.

250 g of margarine,
200 g of chocolate,
250 g ground walnuts,
250 g ground biscuits,
300 g ceten alve,
20 tablespoons of water,
little ground walnuts for sprinkling.

Prepare ceten cake in following manner:

Ceten cakeIn a saucepan melt 500 g sugar and 20 tablespoons of water.
When it boils, add the margarine 250 g and 100 g of chocolate.
When the mass is homogeneous, away from heat and add the ground walnuts 250 g and 250 g of ground biscuits and mix.
When the blend, pour into a greased square baking pan.

Plane from above 300 g ceten alve and pour glaze of 100 g chocolate and sprinkled with ground walnuts.

Prepare lemon cake as follows:

Whisk the butter, add sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and grated rind of lemon half.
Knead smooth dough, divide into three parts and each part bake separately on the greased back of the baking pan (No. 28).
Meanwhile, cook the pudding as directed in 800 ml of milk.
Allow to cool.
In particular, whisk butter with powdered sugar, add grated lemon peel, unite with the cold pudding and whisk.
Fill crust with this stuffing and garnish as desired.

Lasagna with bechamel sauce and cheese




For this lasagna with bechamel sauce and cheese is needed:
Lasagna 
500 g noodles lace,
600 g minced meat,
120 g of cheese,
1 l of milk,
100 g butter,
2 egg yolks,
mustard,
spice mixture of vegetables,
150 ml sour cream,
5 tablespoons flour
oregano,
black pepper,
Lasagnaketchup,
salt.

Prepare lasagna with bechamel sauce and cheese as follows:

Bolognese sauce: in a little oil, lightly brown the meat, adding water until the meat is tender.
Add ketchup, spices mixture of vegetables, oregano and pepper and mix well.
Bechamel sauce: melt butter, add 5 tablespoons of flour and fry briefly.
Gradually add milk and stir until the sauce thickens.
Remove the top and add the mustard, egg yolks and blend of spices and vegetables.
Cook the noodles in salted water and drain.
In an oiled ovenproof dish, place the row of noodles, applied over the Bolognese sauce, bechamel sauce and a little grated cheese.
The same procedure is repeated until all the material is spent.
The last layer, pour over the bechamel sauce over the beaten sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 ⁰ C until golden brown.

Easy Banana Cake

 
Banana cakes are among the most popular fruit cakes in all collections of recipes on the Internet as well as recipes in magazines and the popular "Cookbooks". Often, these cakes are easy to prepare and very tasty. Me and my family members love them very much. This is one of the many recipes that I will publish (I hope) where bananas are an important part.

For Easy Banana Cake is needed:

6 eggs,
150 g of sugar,
tablespoon cocoa
150 g of flour,
Easy Banana Cake 1 sachet of baking powder.

For the filling:

4 tablespoons of rose hip jam (may be some other jam or jelly)
6 bananas,
100 g dark chocolate,
600 ml of milk,
6 tablespoons flour
300 g of powdered sugar,
250 g of margarine,
vanilla sugar,
juice of half a lemon.

Prepare banana cake as follows:

For the dough whisk egg whites with sugar until mixture becomes fluffy and add egg yolks, flour, baking powder and cocoa.
Pour dough into greased baking pan. 
Furnaces in the oven at 180 ⁰ C, for 30 minutes.
After baking, while the dough is still warm, spread the jam and leave it to cool.
Bananas cut and sort through the crust.
Squeeze the lemon over the bananas.
For the cream boil milk with the flour until it thickens.
Add margarine beaten with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and mix everything well.
Cream apply over bananas, top coated with a chocolate glaze and leave to cool.

Tart - Blackberry Cake

Tart (Blackberry Cake)

Easy recipe for blackberry cake that acts very refreshing.

For this fruit cake is needed:

Crust:

7 eggs,
7 tablespoons of sugar,
7 tablespoons flour
1 sachet of baking powder.
Tart (Blackberry Cake)

Syrup:

Two cups of sugar,
Three cups of water.

Filling:

1 liter of yogurt,
500 g of sugar,
400 ml sour cream,
700 g of blackberries,
5 tablespoons cornstarch,
a little water
2 whipped creams.

Prepare this Blackberry Cake as follows:

Crust:

Whisk eggs and sugar and add the flour and baking powder.
The obtained mass pour into greased and flour sprinkled baking sheet and bake.

Syrup:

Mix two cups of sugar and three cups of water and leave on fire to boil.
Pour hot syrup on cold crust.

Filling:

Mix yogurt and sugar and allow to boil.
Add sour cream and blackberries and cook until berries are tender.
Add cornstarch dissolved in water and cook stirring until thickened.
Pour over crust and allow to cool.
If desired, decorate with whipped cream.

Instead of blackberries, for this cake you can use raspberries, cherries or other fruit.


Who likes this cake, probably he'll like summer cherry tart with refreshing yogurt filling and juicy crust. The recipe is similar, only difference is that I put cherries instead of blackberries.

Salt Cake from Buckwheat Pancakes

The recipe for this salty cake with (some would say a pie) I found in a magazine. Because in my family all love all kinds of pancakes, I decided to try it.

On the picture is cake with 17 buckwheat pancakes. Personally, I think it's too much so the next time I'll go with no more than 12 pancakes for the same amount of filling.

When serving, if desired, you can sprinkle over a little sour cream.

Salt Cake from Buckwheat Pancakes


For Buckwheat Pancakes is needed:

3 eggs,
100 ml oil
0.7 l of milk,
Salt Cake from Buckwheat Pancakes300 g wheat flour
150 g buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
0.3 l of water.

For the filling is needed:

Salt Cake from Buckwheat Pancakes4 eggs,
200 ml sour cream,
1 teaspoon salt
200 g of cheese.

Prepare this salty cake as follows:

Whisk the eggs and add salt, oil, milk, water, and both types of flour.
Allow to stand for 30 minutes.
Bake pancakes.
For filling mix together eggs, sour cream and cheese and season with salt to taste.
Fill pancakes and arrange one to another in a refractory pot in which to bake.
When all the material is used up, bake in preheated oven at 200 ⁰ C, about 30 minutes.

Fruit Roll

Roll from the picture are cut in pieces and each piece is rolled in ground and chopped walnuts and instead of candied fruit I used the jelly candies.

Recipe for fruit roll is given below ...


Ingredients:

200 g dates,

200 g ground walnuts,

200 g dried figs,

100 g chopped walnuts,

100 g candied fruit,

50 g raisins,

200 g sugar

5 tablespoons sugar powder.

Preparation:

Grind the dates and figs.

Add nuts (ground and chopped), candied fruit and raisins.

From sugar and boiled water from thick syrup, add to mass and knead well.

Shape the rolls, roll in powder sugar and allow to tighten.
