New Year's Bread





It is necessary:
New Year's Bread 
2 eggs,
1 egg white,
3 egg yolks for coating,
250 ml of milk,
200 ml of water,
1 cube of fresh yeast
New Year's Bread1 sachet baking powder,
250 g of margarine,
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
sesame,
flax seed,
flour as needed (about 1 kg).

Preparation:

Combine 100 ml of lukewarm milk and 100 ml of lukewarm water and stir yeast in it with a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of flour and half a teaspoon of salt.
Cover and leave on warm to swell.
Meanwhile, whisk two eggs and one egg white, add a teaspoon of salt, 150 ml of lukewarm milk and 100 ml of lukewarm water.
Stir and then add the swelled yeast.
Gradually add flour and baking powder.
Knead until the dough begins to break away from the vessel.
Divide dough into five parts, then cover and leave to swell on warm (about 15 minutes).
When swells, roll out each piece of dough using rolling pin to get a round shape the size of the pan in which will be baked.
Whisk butter in foam.
Thinned coat dough with margarine and four rolled parts of dough put one on another.
Stacked dough cut into 16 pieces (like cake).
Top of each piece, bent backwards, towards the edge of the pan.
The remaining, fifth, and coated thin part of dough, roll and then cut into smaller rolls and place in the middle of bread.
Shaped bread coat with 3 beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame and flax seeds.
Furnace until golden brown (30 to 40 minutes).
