answer may lie below. Smoothie is refreshing, healthy and very easy to prepare. The recipe is pretty
much known to everyone. While bananas are required, instead of strawberry preserve you can use any other preserve fruits (blackberries, raspberries,
blueberries, charrie...). Preparation: 15 minutes.
For fruit in yogurt is needed:
2 bananas,
2 cups yogurt
1 tablespoon of strawberry preserve.
Prepare as follows:
Bananas cut into small pieces.
Add strawberry preserve and mix well.
Add yogurt and mix again.
Serve cold.
