Salty Cake with Prosciutto

Prosciutto cake


0,44 pounds prosciutto,
6 eggs,
0,24 pounds margarine,
2 tablespoons bread crumbs,
a pound of potatoes,


Peeled potatoes cook in salted water, drain and mash.
Whisk the egg yolks with margarine.
Add chopped prosciutto, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and mashed potato and mix.
Scrambled egg whites add to the previously prepared mixture and mix until a uniform mass is obtained.
Pour into greased and sprinkled with bread crumbs pan and bake in the oven at 180 C until golden brown.
