Butterfly CakeFor Baterfly cake, you will need:

15 eggs,
38 spoons of sugar,
200 g of powdered sugar,
9 tablespoons ground biscuits,
15 tablespoons ground walnuts,
5 tablespoons of flour,
20 g of baking powder,
250 g of margarine,
3 of vanilla pudding,
1.2 l of milk,
100 g chopped walnuts,
100 g chopped jelly beans,
100 g chopped chocolate bananas,
100 g of raisins,
100 g of chocolate,
2 whipped cream.

Prepare Butterfly cake as follows:

Crust:

In mixing bowl whisk 5 egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Butterfly CakeAdd 3 tablespoons ground biscuits, 5 tablespoons ground walnuts and a tablespoon of flour which was previously mixed with baking powder.
Pour mixture into baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven to 200 C.
In the same way bake another two sheets.

Butterfly CakeFilling:

In a bowl whisk 15 egg yolks 15, 15 teaspoons of sugar, add 3 vanilla pudding, two tablespoons flour and cook in milk.
Allow filling to cool.
In particular, whisk butter with 200 g of powdered sugar.
Combine with cooled filling.
Add chopped nuts, jelly candies, chocolate bananas and raisins.
Stir the mixture and divide into two parts.
In one part add the melted chocolate.
Fill cake in the following order: bark than yellow filling than bark than brown filling than bark than mixture of the two fillings.
Decorate with whipped cream.
