For this wholemeal cookies is needed:
250 g margarine,
2 eggs,
200 g brown sugar (also white),
3 tablespoons milk,
15 g sachet baking powder,
oat flakes as needed (about 150 g),
whole-wheat flour as needed (about 500 g).
Prepare this oat flakes cookies as follows:
Whisk the butter and sugar, add eggs, milk, baking powder, gradually add flour and knead by hands a smooth dough.
Take a piece of dough, shape it into balls and flatten slightly, putting pressure on a plate than sprinkle with oat flakes.
Put into order in the pan and bake until golden brown.
Baked cookies, decorate as desired (sprinkle with cinnamon, grated chocolate, powdered sugar ...).
