Friends have turned my
attention to my
blog lacks fruit cakes, and therefore
I prepared a few recipes for cakes that have fruit. After
the cake with
raspberries, I will prepare cakes
with blackberries, lemons, bananas, oranges and more.
Ingredients:
14 tablespoons milk
14 tablespoons oil
20 tablespoons flour
20 tablespoons sugar
1 sachet baking powder,
4 eggs,
300 g raspberries
powdered sugar.
Preparation:
In an appropriate dish combine milk, oil, sugar and eggs and whisk
by mixer.
Gradually add blend of flour and baking powder and rile by mixer
until a homogeneous mass obtained.
In appropriate oiled bowl, sprinkled with flour, pour the prepared
mixture of the cake.
Sprinkle mixture with raspberries.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 ⁰ C until golden brown.
Baked cake left to cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar and
cut into cubes.
