Rose Bread

Rose bread

It is necessary:

2 eggs,
3 tablespoons of oil,
1 teaspoon of sugar,
30 g of yeast,
500 ml of milk,
100 g of margarine,
2 teaspoons of salt,
200 g of feta cheese,
900 g of flour,
sesame.

Preparation:

In a small bowl combine some milk, yeast, sugar and a teaspoon of flour.
Mix well and leave on warm to swell.
In another bowl, whisk one egg, one egg white, oil, salt, remaining milk, rise yeast and gradually add flour and knead until dough becomes smooth.
Kneaded dough, leave on warm to swell.
Develop dough by rolling pin and coat by previously beaten margarine and cheese.
Rose breadDough to wrap in rolls and cut into slices.
Arrange slices in a deeper greased baking sheet and leave 30 minutes to grow.
Flood came slices, coat with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until golden brown.

Fairytale Cake

This chocolate wafer cake with three fillings, I made for my husband's birthday. He says that he does not eat sweets, exceptions are cakes and cookies with chocolate. Fairytale cake is suitable, in addition to birthday, for New Year and other holidays and celebrations. The recipe for the cake is below.


Fairytale Chocolate Cake
For Fairytale cake is needed:

Crust:

7 egg whites,
150 g of sugar,
150 g of ground walnuts,
2 tablespoons of flour
1 sachet of baking powder.

For the filling I and filling II is needed:

Fairytale Chocolate Cake7 egg yolks,
300 g of sugar,
7 tablespoons of flour
500 ml of milk,
250 g of margarine,
100 g of ground chocolate wafer,
100 g of ground walnuts.

For filling III is required:

100 g of chocolate,

100 g of ground walnuts,

For the decoration:

100 g of chocolate,
2 chocolate whipped creams,
50 g of chopped walnuts,
50 g of ground walnuts.

Prepare Fairytale cake as follows:

Whisk egg whites in to firm snow and gradually add sugar and rile all the time.
Add flour, ground nuts, baking powder and gradually stir by spoon.
Round mold line with baking paper, pour the prepared mixture into it and bake in preheated oven at 150 ⁰ C until golden brown.

Filling I and filling II:

In appropriate bowl whisk egg yolks, sugar, flour and 100 ml of milk.
The rest of the milk, cook until it boils.
Pour the boiling milk mixture prepared from egg yolks and continue cooking over medium temperature until it thickens.
In cooled filling add softened butter and whisk by mixer.
From the prepared filling extract 4 tablespoons and leave aside.
Remaining filling divided into two parts.
In one half add ground chocolate wafers and mix and in the second half add ground nuts and mix well also.

Filling III:

In a small bowl combine fragmented chocolate and powdered sugar and cook by steaming and stir until the mass becomes compact.
Add ground nuts, four tablespoons of abandoned yellow cue and mix well.
Baked crust coat with wafer filling than apply chocolate filling  (filling III) and coated with a nut filling.
Pour filled cake with chocolate icing the sides coat with wiped cream and sprinkle the chopped and ground nuts.

Roll Bread

Recipes for bread that I have published, are among the most popular recipes on my blog. During the winter, often preparing various types of bread because they are particularly well proven in combination with the foods for winter meals.
Roll Bread 
It is necessary:

1 cup milk,
2 eggs,
1 egg yolk,
1 teaspoon salt,
20 g of yeast,
1 teaspoon sugar,
½ bag of baking powder,
1 cup oil,
2 tablespoons margarine,
flour as needed (about 600 g).

Preparation:
Roll Bread 
In a bowl, mix the yeast with a little milk and a teaspoon of sugar and leave to swell.
Whisk eggs, add oil, salt, baking powder, remaining milk, swelled yeast and flour and knead dough.
Put on warm to swell.
Develop pastry with a rolling pin, to a thickness of two fingers and smear by margarine and roll as a pancake.
Then wrap the pancake in to a spiral.
In greased baking pan put dough wrapped.
Coat by the beaten egg yolk.
Allow to swell, from above sprinkle with sesame and than bake in preheated oven until golden brown.

Wafer with Two Fillings


Wafer with Two Filings 
For the crust is required:

1 sheet of wafers,
300 g of biscuits,
200 ml of orange juice,

For the first filling is needed:

2 cups sugar
2 cups water
125 g of margarine,
100 g of chocolate,
250 g ground biscuits,
200 g coconut flour.

For the second filling is required:

100 g of sugar,
100 ml of water,
100 g of chocolate,
125 g of margarine,
200 g ground walnuts,

For the glaze is necessary:

150 g of chocolate,
6 tablespoons oil.

Preparation:

The first filling
In a suitable container put 2 cups of sugar and two cups of water and cook until the sugar has melted.
Add 125 g of margarine and 100 g of chocolate and cook until the mass is homogeneous.
Remove from fire and add the ground coconut biscuits and flour and mix well.
Sheet of wafers coat with a warm first filling and over it put the biscuit soaked in orange juice.
The second filling
Boil 100 ml of water with 100 grams of sugar and add the 125 g margarine and 100 g of chocolate.
Remove from fire and add the ground walnuts.
Coat over the biscuits.
Melt 150 g of chocolate with 6 tablespoons of oil and smear cake.

Muffins with Barks

Muffins with Bark
For muffins with barks is needed:

500 g of barks,
500 g of cheese,
5 eggs,
1 sachet baking powder,
1 teaspoon salt,
100 ml of oil,
Muffins with Bark200 ml of mineral water.

Prepare muffins as follows:

Whisk the eggs.
Add crushed cheese, salt, oil, baking powder and mineral water and mix well.
Roll crust and cut into pieces the width of one finger.
Separate pieces in strips and and mix stripes with the prepared mixture.
Oil molds for muffins, pour the mixture into them and bake at 200 ⁰ C until golden brown.
