For this cheese pie you will need:
500 g pie crust,
500 g of cheese,
400 ml sour cream,
1 tablespoon sesame seeds,
2 eggs,
4 tablespoons of oil.
For the topping:
2 eggs,
4 tablespoons wheat groats,
150 ml of milk,
150 ml of oil,
1 baking powder.
Prepare Italian cheese pie as follows:
In a bowl mix the cheese, sour cream, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons oil and sesame seeds.
For the topping: In a bowl mix together 2 eggs, grits, milk, oil and baking powder.
Crusts put on a work surface and coated with sauce, fold the second crust and re-coat.
In the same way put two more crusts, spread with cheese mixture, fold the ends inward and twist the roll.
Make rolls until all the prepared material is consumed.
Arrange rolls in a greased baking sheet, spread the remaining sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in preheated oven at 220 ⁰ C until golden brown.
