Ingredients:
1 kg green beans,
0.5 liter of milk,
3 eggs,
3 carrots,
3 tablespoons ketchup,
parsley,
blend of spices with vegetables,
oil.
Preparation:
Green beans and carrots cleaned, washed, salted put to fry in oil.
Occasionally pour more water.
When vegetables are soften, add seasoning mixture of vegetables,
ketchup and parsley.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Well distributed over the surface vessel and pour eggs beaten with
half a liter of milk.
Prepared mass prepared put in the oven and bake until golden
brown.
