Wrapped Rolls

For these easy bred rolls is needed:

200 ml of water,
200 ml of oil,
200 ml of milk,
20 g yeast
1 tablespoon vinegar
125 g of margarine,
4 egg yolks,
2 teaspoons salt
flour as needed (900 g - 1 kg)
small seeds (about 40 g).

Preparation:

Combine lukewarm milk, water, oil, salt, vinegar, yeast, add flour, knead and leave for about 1 h.
Whisk the two egg yolks with the butter.
Wrapped RollsCoat the mixture over pre-developed dough and then roll it.
Cut roll into pieces 2 cm thick.
Each piece squeeze in the middle and twist the rolls to form a shape of number 8
Put the wrapped rolls in a baking pan, brush with beaten egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake until golden brown (about 30 minutes).

250 g ground walnuts,
200 g of chocolate,
100 g of raisins.

For the glaze is needed:

100 g of chocolate,
a bit of margarine,
2 tablespoons milk.

Prepare this chocolate cake as follows:

Whisk 5 egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar in the firm snow.
Add 10 tablespoons ground walnuts, a tablespoon of flour, 10 g baking powder and stir gently ladle.
Pour mixture into baking pan coated with baking paper and bake the crust.
In the same way bake three more crusts.

3 of vanilla pudding,
1.2 l of milk,
100 g chopped walnuts,
100 g chopped jelly beans,
100 g chopped chocolate bananas,
100 g of raisins,
100 g of chocolate,
2 whipped cream.

Prepare Butterfly cake as follows:

Crust:

In mixing bowl whisk 5 egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar.
Butterfly CakeAdd 3 tablespoons ground biscuits, 5 tablespoons ground walnuts and a tablespoon of flour which was previously mixed with baking powder.
Pour mixture into baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven to 200 C.
In the same way bake another two sheets.

In a bowl whisk 15 egg yolks 15, 15 teaspoons of sugar, add 3 vanilla pudding, two tablespoons flour and cook in milk.
Allow filling to cool.

2 eggs,
4 tablespoons of oil.

2 eggs,
4 tablespoons wheat groats,
150 ml of milk,
150 ml of oil,
1 baking powder.

Prepare Italian cheese pie as follows:

In a bowl mix the cheese, sour cream, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons oil and sesame seeds.
For the topping: In a bowl mix together 2 eggs, grits, milk, oil and baking powder.
Crusts put on a work surface and coated with sauce, fold the second crust and re-coat.
In the same way put two more crusts, spread with cheese mixture, fold the ends inward and twist the roll.
Make rolls until all the prepared material is consumed.

For the last few recipes for cakes, I can not say that belong to the category of easy recipes. To do a little change here is an easy biscuit cake recipe. As for the recipe for this cake with pineapple, I made it so I combined several recipes. I added the chocolate at the insistence of members of the household.

8 tablespoons flour
2 bags of baking powder.

3 tablespoons flour
800 ml can of pineapple,
2 bananas,
125 g margarine.

For the filling II is needed:

900 ml of milk,
3 bags of strawberry pudding
9 tablespoons sugar
2 egg yolks,
125 g of margarine,
1 sachet of vanilla whipped cream.

For the decoration:

100 g of chocolate,
1 sachet of vanilla whipped cream.

Prepare pineapple cake as follows:

For the crust:

Whisk 5 egg whites to firm snow.
In particular, whisk 5 egg yolks with sugar, flour and baking powder.
Add egg whites and stir by spoon.
Pour into pan and bake 20 minutes at 180 C.
Of the remaining material to bake another sheet.

For the filling I:

Add sugar, vanilla sugar and flour.
Gradually add milk and stir all the time.
