It is necessary to:
2 eggs,
½ cup milk
1 cup yogurt
1 cup whole wheat flour,
1 sachet baking powder,
½ teaspoon salt
120 g feta cheese,
3 roasted peppers.
Preparation:
Whisk eggs, add milk, yogurt, crumbled cheese, salt, both
types of flour and baking powder.
In the scrambled mixture add chopped peppers and stir.
Pour into greased molds, sprinkle with sesame
seeds and bake until golden brown.

Proya or proja is corn bread.
I put dough in mold so that looks like muffins, you can put it in baking pan too.
On my blog there is more recipes on proja or corn bread.
Proja is from Europe (Balkans more precisely).
