Muffins, Topped with Chocolate and Nuts

Lovely muffins (cupcakes) for Valentine's Day.

You will need:

2 eggs,

1 cup milk,

1 cup melted margarine,

2 cups flour,

1 sachet of baking powder,

4 tablespoons sugar,

3 tablespoons cocoa,

30 g coarse ground walnuts,

150 g chocolate.

Preparation:

Whisk eggs with sugar.

Add milk, melted margarine, flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder and stir.

Pour the mixture into molds and bake muffins for 25 minutes at 200 ⁰ C in a pre-heated oven.

Pour melted chocolate over muffins and sprinkle with nuts.
