For this bread with cheese and mustard is needed:
2 eggs,
100 g of margarine,
150 ml of milk,
½ teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
20 g of yeast,
about 300 g of flour,
120 g feta cheese,
1 tablespoon mustard,
½ teaspoon of black pepper and
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Prepare this bread in following manner:
In 100 ml of warm milk add sugar and yeast and let it grow.
Meanwhile, whisk margarine, add eggs, salt and grown yeast.
All mix well and add flour.
Allow dough to rest for 15 minutes and then develop it into a rectangle shape.
Spread with mustard, sprinkle with pepper, cayenne pepper and grated cheese.
Again knead the dough, put it in a baking dish and leave for 15 minutes to stand.
Furnace for 25 min.
At the end of cooking the pour over rest of the milk and grated cheese and bake another 5 minutes.

I am not sure I've ever added mustard to a bread recipe before - love it!
