Ingredients:
150 g grated prosciutto (diced or chopped ham),
100 g feta cheese
4 boiled eggs,
a little parsley,
a few drops of lemon juice,
a little pepper,
400 g sour cream,
50 g of cheese.
Preparation:
Boil eggs, and plane eggs, cheese and prosciutto.
Crumble feta cheese.
All of the above mix.
Add yogurt, parsley, lemon, sour cream and mix well.
Decorate as desired.
