One more cake for New Year's eve and other holidays.
For the
crust is required:
10 egg
whites,
300 g sugar,
300 g
chopped walnuts,
6
tablespoons flour
½ bag of
baking powder.
10 egg
yolks,
200 g of
powder sugar
½ l of milk,
2 vanilla
pudding,
6
tablespoons sugar,
100 g ground
walnuts,
100 g dark
chocolate,
250 g of
margarine,
Preparation:
Bark
Whisk the
egg whites with sugar.
Mix nuts
with the flour and baking powder and add them to whisked egg whites.
Bake in a large
rectangular baking pan.
Cook pudding
in ½ liter of milk and 6 tablespoons of sugar.
Allow to
cool.
In
particular, whisk 10 egg yolks with sugar and cook by steaming, until
thickened.
Whisk butter
and combine with pudding and rile.
Add the
mixture of egg yolks and rile until the masses becomes homogenous.
Divide the
mass into two parts.
In the first
part stir in ground nuts and in other stir melted chocolate.
Chilled
dough cut into two parts.
Put the
first part on the dish for serving.
Coat with
nuts filling then put the second crust.
Coat with
chocolate filling and on top, put beaten whipped cream.
Decorate as
desired.
