Easy Fruit Cake

3 eggs,
2 cups oil
5 cups sugar
2 cups yogurt
5 cups flour
1 baking powder,
1 kg apples
1 vanilla sugar
cinnamon,
powdered sugar.

Preparation:

Whisk eggs, sugar, oil, yogurt, flour and baking powder.
Pour half the mixture in a greased pan and bake at 200 C.

3 sachets vanilla sugar,
canned pineapple
2 bananas,
250 g butter,
2 pudding strawberry,
200 ml sweet cream,
2 pack of whipped cream.

Preparation:

For crust mix 6 egg whites.
Whisk 6 egg yolks in particula with 6 tablespoons sugar, 5 tablespoons of flour and half pack of baking powder.
Add 6 egg whites and mix thoroughly.
Pour into pan and bake for 20 minutes at 180 C.
Make another crust in the same way.
For the first filling whisk 5 eggs, add 6 tablespoons sugar, 3 bags of vanilla sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour.
Gradually pour 600 ml of milk and mix all the time.
Mass cook on steam until it becomes thick.
When cool, add 125 g of whisked butter, stir and add the chopped pineapple and banana.
For other filling mix pudding of strawberries, 6 tablespoons sugar, one egg yolk and 600 ml of milk.
Cook on steam until it becomes thick.
In the chilled filling add butter and stir.
When filling has cooled, gradually add sweet cream.
Crust coat with pink filling.
Put another sheet, spread the filling of pineapple and whipped cream and decorate with all the pineapple rings.
