Ingredients:

Put to the taste
grain,
strawberry,
raspberry,
raisins,
sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch.

Preparation

Boil corn in a little water.
When water boils, drain the wheat and put it in a pot with clean water and put pot on fire.
When grain is cooked add other fruits (strawberries, raspberries and raisins) and sugar and cook until it boils.
In half a glass of water put two teaspoons of strarch and mix well.
When a mixture of fruit boils, gradually pour the glass with starch content, with constant stirring.
Allow to boil for 2 minutes and pour into small dishes (like pudding).
Serve cold.

Ingredients:

1 kg (2 pounds) of cherries,
1 kg (2 pounds) of sugar,
2 lemons.

Preparation:

Wash cherries and remove their seeds.
Thus prepared, arrange them in a saucepan first row cherries than row of sugar and so on until all the cherries are consumed.
At the top should be a row of sugar.
Cover the pot napkin on and leave for one day.
In a saucepan add two lemons cut into slices and cook.
When the juice becomes thick, remove from heat and remove the foam from the surface.
Allow one day in a saucepan and pour into jars.

Ingredients:

500 g macaroni,
500 ml milk
500 g minced meat
200 g cheese,
100 g of ketchup,
50 g butter,
2 tablespoons flour
blend of spices with vegetables,
oregano,
pepper,
oil,
salt.

Preparation:

In salt water cook the macaroni and drain.
Fry in hot oil, minced meat and add oregano, spice blend of vegetables, salt, pepper and ketchup, stir and leave to cool.
Bechamel sauce:
In a saucepan put 50 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of flour and fry.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly with and cook until thickened.
Add salt, oregano and cheese and mix well.
Mix macaroni and bechamel sauce and pour the half of mixture in oiled baking sheet.
Above, spread minced meat, and over it, the second half of mixture of macaroni and bechamel sauce.
Sprinkle grated cheese and bake in preheated oven at 220 ⁰ C.

Coffee Roll Elephant Ear

Coffee roll creamy filling with nuts and bark of biscuits and coffee, that is Elephant ear. This no bake biscuit cake, with unusual name and a mild coffee flavor will attract coffee lovers and those who are not. My husband, who normally does not drink and does not like coffee, says that this coffee roll is one of the most delicious rolls that he tasted lately.





Coffee roll elephant earFor this coffee roll is needed:

Fro the crust:

500 g (1.1 pound) ground biscuits,
200 g (0.44 pounds) powdered sugar,
2 tablespoons cocoa
4 cups cooked black coffee without sugar.

For the filling:

200 ml milk
1 cup sugar
Coffee roll elephant ear2 egg yolks,
2 vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
half margarine,
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts,
a little coconut flour.

For the glaze:

100 g (0.22 pounds) chocolate
little water and
little oil.

Prepare this coffee roll topped with chocolate as follows:

Place the sugar in the ground biscuits and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa and 4 cups of cooked coffee (not hot) and knead.
The compound, divided into two equal parts and stretch in a rectangular crust.
Pour milk in a cup of sugar and allow to boil.
Coffee roll elephant earWhisk 2 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour and gradually add to the hot milk and stir.
When cool, add margarine and nuts and mix well.
Coat a rectangular crust and wrap the rolls.
Coat rolls with chocolate glaze and sprinkled with coconut.

Ingredients:

1 kg (2.2 pounds) strawberries
1.25 kg (2.8 pounds) of sugar,
juice of one lemon.

Preparation:

Fresh strawberries cleaned of stems, wash them and put them in a saucepan.
While in the pot, pour them with lemon juice so that all are equally soaked in juice.
In a large saucepan, arrange row strawberries and row sugar.
The top layer should be sugar.
Cover the pan with a clean towel and leave to stand for one day.
Cook over high heat.
During the cooking do not remove the foam or stir.
Cook until desired consistency is obtained.
When done, remove from the stove, remove the foam, cover the damp towel and let stand for one day.
Pour into jars and cellophane link.


Note: The pot should be large so sweet during cooking would not babble.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Her mum Tina started the tradition whereby anywhere in the world they are, she always puts on a soul food spread of collard greens, cornbread, mac 'n' cheese and fried chicken. Beyonce would love to include these family recipes in a book."

How to make smoothie? The answer may lie below. Smoothie is refreshing, healthy and very easy to prepare. The recipe is pretty much known to everyone. While bananas are required, instead of strawberry preserve you can use any other preserve fruits (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, charrie...). Preparation: 15 minutes.


For fruit in yogurt is needed:

2 bananas,
2 cups yogurt
1 tablespoon of strawberry preserve.

Prepare as follows:

Bananas cut into small pieces.
Add strawberry preserve and mix well.
Add yogurt and mix again.
Serve cold.
