Braid Bread, braid salty cake

You will need:

300 ml of milk,
200 ml of water,
30 g yeast
5 tablespoons oil,
3 teaspoons of salt,
flour as needed,
100 g of margarine,
1 egg yolk,
1 teaspoon sesame,
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper,
1 teaspoon flaxseed,
½ teaspoon black pepper.

Preparation:

In 100 ml of warm milk dissolve the yeast and leave to swell.
Mix the remaining milk and warm water.
Add salt, oil and grown yeast.
Gradually add flour, knead the dough until becomes smooth.
Leave on warm to stand for 60 minutes.
Divide dough into three parts.
By rolling pin, develop every part of dough, spread margarine mixture, roll each dough and make a braid.
Place in anointed baking dish to stand on a warm for 30 minutes.
Spread egg yolk, sprinkle with red pepper, sesame seeds, flax seeds and black pepper.
Bake until golden brown.

Cake with Orange

This chocolate orange cake recipe I own since I was a little girl. I was preparing this cake very often. It is juicy, refreshing a real summer cake recipe.

For this chocolate orange cake is needed:

Cake with orange, orange cake
Crust:

4 eggs,
24 tablespoons of sugar,
24 tablespoons of oil,
24 tablespoons milk
24 tablespoons of flour,
2 bags of baking powder,

For filling is needed:

2 vanilla pudding,
Cake with orange, orange cake500 ml of water,
200 g of sugar,
a frozen orange,
3 tablespoons rose hip jam,
125 g margarine.

For the glaze is needed:

100 g of chocolate,
little margarine.

Preparation:

Whisk 2 eggs and 12 tablespoons sugar.
Add 12 tablespoons of milk, 12 tablespoons of oil and 12 tablespoons of flour mixed with baking powder.
Bake the mixture in baking pan sprinkled with flour until golden brown.
Of the remaining material, bake another crust.
When the crust cooled, crumble it and another one leave in the baking pan.

Filling:

Grate frozen orange.
From 500 ml of water, take away a small amount and mix pudding powder.
In the remaining water, pour the sugar and grated orange and boil.
Pour the dissolved pudding powder in boiling water and cook.
When the filling has cooled, add the jam, mixed margarine and crumbled crust.
All mix well.
Make glaze - over low heat melt the chocolate and add margarine.
Pour filling over crust than pour chocolate glaze.
Decorate with whipped cream.

3 eggs,

Prepare homemade pancakes as follows:

2 cups flour,

Whisk eggs with sugar.

It is necessary:

2 eggs,
3 tablespoons of oil,
1 teaspoon of sugar,

Fairytale Cake

This chocolate wafer cake with three fillings, I made for my husband's birthday. He says that he does not eat sweets, exceptions are cakes and cookies with chocolate. Fairytale cake is suitable, in addition to birthday, for New Year and other holidays and celebrations. The recipe for the cake is below.


Fairytale Chocolate Cake
For Fairytale cake is needed:

Crust:

7 egg whites,
150 g of sugar,
150 g of ground walnuts,
2 tablespoons of flour
1 sachet of baking powder.

For the filling I and filling II is needed:

Fairytale Chocolate Cake7 egg yolks,
300 g of sugar,
7 tablespoons of flour
500 ml of milk,
250 g of margarine,
100 g of ground chocolate wafer,
100 g of ground walnuts.

For filling III is required:

100 g of chocolate,
Fairytale Chocolate Cake100 g of powdered sugar,
100 g of ground walnuts,

For the decoration:

100 g of chocolate,
2 chocolate whipped creams,
50 g of chopped walnuts,
50 g of ground walnuts.

Prepare Fairytale cake as follows:

Whisk egg whites in to firm snow and gradually add sugar and rile all the time.
Add flour, ground nuts, baking powder and gradually stir by spoon.
Round mold line with baking paper, pour the prepared mixture into it and bake in preheated oven at 150 ⁰ C until golden brown.

Filling I and filling II:

In appropriate bowl whisk egg yolks, sugar, flour and 100 ml of milk.
The rest of the milk, cook until it boils.
Pour the boiling milk mixture prepared from egg yolks and continue cooking over medium temperature until it thickens.
In cooled filling add softened butter and whisk by mixer.
From the prepared filling extract 4 tablespoons and leave aside.
Remaining filling divided into two parts.
In one half add ground chocolate wafers and mix and in the second half add ground nuts and mix well also.

Filling III:

In a small bowl combine fragmented chocolate and powdered sugar and cook by steaming and stir until the mass becomes compact.
Add ground nuts, four tablespoons of abandoned yellow cue and mix well.
Baked crust coat with wafer filling than apply chocolate filling  (filling III) and coated with a nut filling.
Pour filled cake with chocolate icing the sides coat with wiped cream and sprinkle the chopped and ground nuts.

Roll Bread

Recipes for bread that I have published, are among the most popular recipes on my blog. During the winter, often preparing various types of bread because they are particularly well proven in combination with the foods for winter meals.
Roll Bread 
It is necessary:

1 cup milk,
2 eggs,
1 egg yolk,
1 teaspoon salt,
20 g of yeast,
1 teaspoon sugar,
½ bag of baking powder,
1 cup oil,
2 tablespoons margarine,
flour as needed (about 600 g).

Preparation:
Roll Bread 
In a bowl, mix the yeast with a little milk and a teaspoon of sugar and leave to swell.
Whisk eggs, add oil, salt, baking powder, remaining milk, swelled yeast and flour and knead dough.
Put on warm to swell.
Develop pastry with a rolling pin, to a thickness of two fingers and smear by margarine and roll as a pancake.
Then wrap the pancake in to a spiral.
In greased baking pan put dough wrapped.
Coat by the beaten egg yolk.
Allow to swell, from above sprinkle with sesame and than bake in preheated oven until golden brown.

Wafer with Two Fillings


Wafer with Two Filings 
For the crust is required:

1 sheet of wafers,
300 g of biscuits,
200 ml of orange juice,

For the first filling is needed:

2 cups sugar
2 cups water
125 g of margarine,
100 g of chocolate,
250 g ground biscuits,
200 g coconut flour.

For the second filling is required:

100 g of sugar,
100 ml of water,
100 g of chocolate,
125 g of margarine,
200 g ground walnuts,

For the glaze is necessary:

150 g of chocolate,
6 tablespoons oil.

Preparation:

The first filling
In a suitable container put 2 cups of sugar and two cups of water and cook until the sugar has melted.
Add 125 g of margarine and 100 g of chocolate and cook until the mass is homogeneous.
Remove from fire and add the ground coconut biscuits and flour and mix well.
Sheet of wafers coat with a warm first filling and over it put the biscuit soaked in orange juice.
The second filling
Boil 100 ml of water with 100 grams of sugar and add the 125 g margarine and 100 g of chocolate.
Remove from fire and add the ground walnuts.
Coat over the biscuits.
Melt 150 g of chocolate with 6 tablespoons of oil and smear cake.

Muffins with Barks

Muffins with Bark
For muffins with barks is needed:

500 g of barks,
500 g of cheese,
5 eggs,
1 sachet baking powder,
1 teaspoon salt,
100 ml of oil,
Muffins with Bark200 ml of mineral water.

Prepare muffins as follows:

Whisk the eggs.
Add crushed cheese, salt, oil, baking powder and mineral water and mix well.
Roll crust and cut into pieces the width of one finger.
Separate pieces in strips and and mix stripes with the prepared mixture.
Oil molds for muffins, pour the mixture into them and bake at 200 ⁰ C until golden brown.

Dynasty Cake



One more cake for New Year's eve and other holidays.
Dynasty Cake for New Year 
For the crust is required:

10 egg whites,
300 g sugar,
300 g chopped walnuts,
6 tablespoons flour
½ bag of baking powder.

10 egg yolks,
200 g of powder sugar
½ l of milk,
2 vanilla pudding,
6 tablespoons sugar,
100 g ground walnuts,
100 g dark chocolate,
250 g of margarine,

Preparation:

Bark

Whisk the egg whites with sugar.
Mix nuts with the flour and baking powder and add them to whisked egg whites.
Bake in a large rectangular baking pan.

Cook pudding in ½ liter of milk and 6 tablespoons of sugar.
Allow to cool.
In particular, whisk 10 egg yolks with sugar and cook by steaming, until thickened.
Whisk butter and combine with pudding and rile.
Add the mixture of egg yolks and rile until the masses becomes homogenous.
Divide the mass into two parts.
In the first part stir in ground nuts and in other stir melted chocolate.
Chilled dough cut into two parts.
Put the first part on the dish for serving.
Coat with nuts filling then put the second crust.
Coat with chocolate filling and on top, put beaten whipped cream.
Decorate as desired.
