Sweet Homemade Bread
For New Year's homemade sweet bread is required:

6 eggs,
100 g margarine,
200 ml of milk,
1 teaspoon salt
130 g of sugar,
40 g yeast
900 g of flour,
20 g vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons bread crumbs,
1 apple,
100 g raisins,
50 g cranberries,
cinnamon.

New Year homemade sweet bread is prepared in the following manner:

Hand whisk 3 eggs.
Add 80 g sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter, yeast - previously dissolved in warm milk, salt, flour and knead the dough.
Leave to rise for two hours.
Whisk 2 eggs, add 50 g sugar, grated apple, raisins, cranberries, bread crumbs and cinnamon.
Risen dough formed into a thin rectangle, spread the topping on it, roll in the dough, moving into a round baking dish and join in the round.
Loaf of bread coated with egg.
Cake knife incise the zig-zag line and leave to rise for an hour.
Bake until well browned (about 50 minutes) at 180 C.
After 10 minutes of baking, cover with foil bread without burning.

300 g lady fingers,
300 mascrapone cheese
300 g cream,
4 tablespoons of sugar,
200 ml of unsweetened coffee,
100 g chocolate.

Tiramisu prepare in the following manner:

In a bowl whisk cream foam.
With constant mixing, gradually add sugar until dissolved.
In another bowl, whisk mascrapone and unite with the previous whipping cream.
Rile until a homogeneous mixture obtained.
Divide the mixture into two parts.
In one part add 50 g of chocolate.
On a plate sort lady fingers soaked in coffee and cover with a white filling.
Again put first lady fingers soaked in coffee and coat with brown filling.
So again, sort-soaked lady fingers and spread a white filling and finally align with coffee soaked lady fingers and spread brown filling.
Decorate with melted chocolate and put in the fridge to cool down.

600 g of sugar,
600 ml of milk,
250 g margarine,
600 g ground biscuits,
200 g of coconut,
2 tablespoons cocoa.

New Year Wafer with Biscuit is prepared in the following manner:

Sugar and milk, cook for 10 minutes.
Add margarine and cool.
Add biscuits and coconut.
Mix well.
Divide the mass into two parts.
Add cocoa to one part.
Fill wafers with mass and good press until hardened.
Cut and decorate as desired.
